How It Works 1

Shoppers Sign-Up

Cashiers invite shoppers to join the Loyalty Program to earn points for discounts. Registration is completed at Shopper Direct Kiosks using name, phone number, and email.

For every dollar spent, shoppers earn 1 point. Upon reaching 500 points, shoppers may use them on store promotions or exchange for a $5 discount.

Welcome Text Message

New members receive a text message welcoming them to the program, which includes their customer number, a barcode for points tracking, total points earned, a link to download their Digital Wallet on their smartphone, and a

link to access Social Media.

Shoppers Earn Points

After the shopping is done and at the Cashier, shoppers may either input their phone number on the POS keypad or present their Digital Wallet for scanning. This simple process keeps the shopper earning and using points.

Members Receive Text Messages

Members receive text messages with weekly ads, showcasing special offers and encouraging them to visit the store.

Weekly, members also receive notifications about the manager's specials, highlighting unique deals and discounts. All messaging has been authorized by the shopper when joining Shopper Direct.
