The project
A loyalty program for supermarkets is a marketing strategy designed to reward returning customers. Shoppers earn points or benefits each time they make a purchase, which they can later redeem for discounts, special offers, or free products. These programs help increase customer retention, boost sales, and provide valuable data on shopping behavior.

(
Step 1
)
At checkout, customers find a digital kiosk at the payment point. At the same time, the cashier invites the customer to join the loyalty program using their name, phone number, and email address. This creates a database that allows for direct communication with your shoppers.

No items found.
(
Step 2
)
New members of the program will receive a welcome text message along with a link to download their digital wallet and view their total accumulated points.

(
Step 3
)
With every purchase, customers accumulate points that are stored in their digital wallet.

(
Step 4
)
Once customers reach 500 points (or the amout that be stablished), they can redeem them for exclusive discounts or a 5% discount on their total purchase.

(
Step 5
)
Loyalty program members will receive weekly text messages with offers, promotions, and invitations to visit the store. You can send the message whenever you want—with just a few clicks, your customers will know about the latest deals.

Joining the Shopper Direct Loyalty Program has been one of the best decisions for my store. Not only do my customers love the exclusive discounts and rewards, but I’ve also noticed they come back more often and spend more. The program is easy to manage, and the personalized offers keep shoppers engaged. It’s a win-win for my business and my clients!
